Event Sales
Toowoomba, $20 to $25 Hour

Selling sites to a current & prospective database, for events (Homeshows, Boatshows & Outdoor Adventure Expos) in all QLD regional centres.
We are currently seeking a well spoken, neatly presented, computer literate, motivated person to join our sales team.
Australian Events is the largest regional consumer event organiser in Australia, with 17 events on the agenda for 2010. Sixteen of our events are staged in all major regional centres throughout QLD and one event on Central Coast NSW.
Event genre range from Home Show through to Boat Shows and Outdoor Adventure Expos. Majority of events have been running for approx 15 years, with most events being a pivotal part of marketing strategies for industry leaders.
The successful applicant will have had a background in either event sales, media sales or the like. They will also be proficient in Windows based programs.
Above award remuneration will apply, with weekly, monthly & quarterly incentive programs in place.
The position will require the successful applicant to work a minimum of 35 hours per week, Monday through to Friday. No weekend work required.
Opportunity exists for the successful applicant to travel occasionally to regional events, to meet and greet clients and to attain working knowledge of event and venues.
